Eclectic American food is offered in the casual fine dining room of Plates or the casual bar atmosphere of Uncorked.  Chef Wes Denney strives to provide a wide range of choices for lunch and dinner.  There are plenty of classic options such as "Carroll County's Best Hamburger" (according to the Times-Georgian annual poll) as well as items only found at Plates & Uncorked- have you tried citrus-merlot marinated kangaroo or seared ahi tuna tacos?  Uncorked also provides Carroll County's largest wine selection and balcony seating overlooking Adamson Square.  While Plates always strives to provide a fine meal, it is far from exclusively fine dining.  A kids menu is always available; burgers and sandwiches are available from 11am to 10pm every day.  Lunch entrees range from $5.95 to $11.95.  Dinner entrees range from $14.94 to $29.95.  Catering is available.
