Lighting of the Square and Open House

Join us downtown on Friday November 18th 2011 for our third annual Lighting of the Square and Open House event. This event will take place from 5:30 till 7:30pm. Come out and start your holiday shopping early while enjoying, the lights, music featuring Paris Luna and the magical spirit that makes downtown your only destination for Christmas. Be sure not to miss out on this family fun event! 

Holiday Wishes Christmas Parade:

With Lights, Christmas trees and even snow there isn't a time more magical in December then at our Holiday Wishes Christmas Parade.  Last year we had over 50 participants in this parade ranging from civic organizations and churches to high school marching bands and fire trucks.  This parade of lights and all things festive is a fun treat for the whole family.

Join us this year on Thursday December 1st 2011 as our Grand Marshal Ronald McDonald leads the procession into Adamson Square beginning at 5:30pm.  The parade will kick off at the Dairy Queen on 27 and then head up maple street towards The Square and continues on down Newnan street to S. White Street.   The best place for viewing is in our historic downtown so come early and make sure you get a good seat!  *This is a rain or shine event
