The Amphitheater at Adamson Square

The Amphitheater at Adamson Square is an outdoor open air facility used for musical events, movies, and concerts. The seating capacity is between 500 and 750 on a tiered lawn setting. Please fill out the application below. If the date is available and approved, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The deposit will be applied to the remaining rental fee. All performances must be free to the public.

    All rentals are for a four-hour period. After four hours, additional fees are assessed.


    For All Organizations
    • $400 flat fee
    • $100 for each additional hour over 4 hrs
    Technical Fees
    • $150 Flat Fee


    After a four (4) hour rental a $50.00 per half-hour fee is charged. This fee does not include the fees for technical personnel.  Any use of the sound or lighting system at the AMP requires the assistance of our technical staff. If you will need sound or lighting proivded at your event it will be $150 for a four hour time block. After a four hour rental a $30 per half hour fee is charged.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required to reserve each date. No date will be held without a $250 advanced payment.  Additional costs incurred during rental will be deducted from this advanced payment.  If no additional costs are incurred, the $250 will be refunded within 30 working days.  Payment must be received at least (14) fourteen working days before the event. A request to change a date must be submitted in writing 30 working days prior to performance date. After this time no request will be honored.  A date can be changed only once providing a suitable date is available.  A 75% administrative fee will be charged if cancelled less than seven (7) working days before the event.

    I have read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this application and I understand that this application creates a binding contract between me and any entity through which I shall conduct business at the Amphitheater at Adamson Square (collectively, jointly and severally, the “Exhibitor”) and the Carrollton Main Street Program. The Exhibitor hereby agrees to abide by all of the terms of this contract, as set forth herein, and by all additional rules and policies imposed by the festival upon its participation in the festival, should this application be accepted. The Exhibitor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Amphitheater, its personnel, the City of Carrollton (the “City”) all organizations and persons sponsoring, managing, or in any other way participating in the Amphitheater, from any loss, expense, liability, claim, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising.
